The BVShop team will send products to any corner of the world for You. Delivery costs depend on the selected location where you want the products to be delivered, as well as the shipping method chosen.
Order processing
Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)

- Delivery via DHL Global Forward Mail (to any country)
DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. For shipments to EU countries, the shipping period is from 7 to 14 working days after payment is received. For shipments to other foreign countries, the delivery period is from 7 to 25 working days. Shipping costs to all countries worldwide depend on the destination and the weight of the package. All shipments are sent as registered, priority mail. Reminder:
- Shipments sent to countries outside the European Union must be declared. This requires providing information about the contents and value of the shipment.

- During the holiday season, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Reminder:
If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. If you notice that the package is damaged or shows any defects upon receipt, please check the contents in front of the employee immediately. If the contents of the package are damaged, you must report this damage to the employee, who will confirm the damage to the package contents. If you do not register this damage, you will not be able to claim a refund for the package that was damaged by third parties and not due to the fault of UAB "Target Group."
Tracking and delivery

How to Use

Skin Preparation:
- Cleanse the area with an alcohol-free antiseptic.
- Apply a pre-procedure anesthetic (containing >5% anesthetic agent), such as ICE CREAM, ICE BLUE CREAM, LTB NUMB, or SKIN RELIEF by AS COMPANY.
- Let sit for 15–20 minutes, then remove excess anesthetic.
- If not using anesthesia, moisturize the area with a gel or cream (e.g., SPECIAL CREAM, GEL PRO, VASELINE).

Product Preparation:
- Shake the tube well before use.
- Dispense the required amount into a sterile disposable container and close the cap tightly.

Application:
- Use a permanent makeup or tattoo machine with sterile, disposable needles or cartridges (recommended: AS COMPANY [MICRON] Round Shader 3RL, 3RS, 5RS).
- Apply a small amount of remover to a microbrush, then dip the needle into the remover.
- Introduce the remover into the top layer of skin using gentle, atraumatic techniques.
- Perform no more than 2 passes per area to minimize skin trauma.

Aftercare:
- Remove excess remover with a cotton disk moistened with chlorhexidine.
- Apply a thin layer of remover to the treated area and allow to dry for 3–5 minutes.
- Expect a mild tingling or burning sensation.
- Repeat treatments only after 45 days.
Post-Procedure Care
- Immediately apply a special moisturizing cream.
- For 7–10 days, use an absorbing cream with vitamins and oils 2–3 times daily.
- Allow natural crusts to fall off—do not remove them prematurely.
- Avoid saunas, sunbathing, swimming pools, hot baths, and direct water contact for the first 2 days.
- After crusts fall off, use creams to prevent scarring (e.g., SPECIAL CREAM by AS COMPANY for up to 1 month).
- Repeat the removal process only after 45 days if necessary.
