Products ordered on bvshop.com are sold by UAB Target Group. Orders are dispatched from Olandų g. 19-1, Vilnius, Lithuania. If a product is dispatched by a named fulfilment partner or from another country, this will be disclosed on the product page or before checkout.

The BVShop team will send products to any corner of the world for You. Delivery costs depend on the selected location where you want the products to be delivered, as well as the shipping method chosen.

Order processing

Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

• Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)

Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

• Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)

Reminder:

Reminder:

If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. If you notice that the package is damaged or shows any defects upon receipt, please check the contents in front of the employee immediately. If the contents of the package are damaged, you must report this damage to the employee, who will confirm the damage to the package contents. Tracking and delivery

When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent after dispatch. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, customs, or other events outside the seller’s control.

Please report visible transport damage promptly to service@bvshop.com and include photographs of the parcel and product. Prompt reporting helps us make a carrier claim; it does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.
