Products ordered on bvshop.com are sold by UAB Target Group. Orders are dispatched from Olandų g. 19-1, Vilnius, Lithuania. If a product is dispatched by a named fulfilment partner or from another country, this will be disclosed on the product page or before checkout.
The BVShop team will send products to any corner of the world for You. Delivery costs depend on the selected location where you want the products to be delivered, as well as the shipping method chosen.
Order processing
Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

How to use it?
1. Set the device on a flat and dry surface.
2. Connect the device to the power supply.
3. Place the wax in the device.
4. The device will automatically start heating the wax (the LED will light up).
5. Before the operation, make sure the wax has completely melted.
6. Unplug the device when you have finished working.
7. Wait for the wax to cool down before you start cleaning the device.
8. Clean the device and put it in a dry place.
CAUTION! Always check the wax’s temperature before applying it to the skin, in order to avoid burning.
