Products ordered on bvshop.com are sold by UAB Target Group. Orders are dispatched from Olandų g. 19-1, Vilnius, Lithuania. If a product is dispatched by a named fulfilment partner or from another country, this will be disclosed on the product page or before checkout.
The BVShop team will send products to any corner of the world for You. Delivery costs depend on the selected location where you want the products to be delivered, as well as the shipping method chosen.
Order processing
Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
- Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)
Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).
- Delivery via UPS Courier (to any country in the world)

- Delivery via DHL Global Forward Mail (to any country)
DHL Global Forward Mail allows products to be delivered to all foreign countries. The delivery time depends on the chosen country where you want to receive the products. Reminder:
If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. If you notice that the package is damaged or shows any defects upon receipt, please check the contents in front of the employee immediately. If the contents of the package are damaged, you must report this damage to the employee, who will confirm the damage to the package contents. How to use it?
1. Set the device on a flat and dry surface.
2. Connect the device to the power supply.
3. Press the middle button to turn on the device.
4. Lift the lid and put the wax in the device.
5. Use + and – buttons to set the temperature. The temperature range of the device is from 35 to 125°C. By default, the device is set to 70°C. Holding down the buttons allows you to change the settings faster.
6. After setting the temperature, wait until the number on the display stops flashing (which means its approval), and then until the device heats up to the appropriate level (the strip under the displayed value stops).
7. Before the operation, make sure that the wax has completely melted.
8. Unplug the device when you have finished working.
9. Wait until the wax cools down before you start cleaning the device.
10. Clean the device and put it in a dry place.
CAUTION! Always check the wax’s temperature before applying it to the skin to avoid burning.
