Order processing

Orders may be placed at any time. Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. The normal handling time before dispatch is 2-3 business days. Handling time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery using DPD courier services is available only to countries within the European Union. The delivery cost is €9 (price may vary based on the weight of the package). The delivery time to EU countries is 3-9 working days. For shipments to Latvia and Estonia, the delivery time is 2-3 working days.

• Delivery via DHL Courier (to any country in the world)

Fast delivery within 1-5 days using DHL courier services is available to all countries. The delivery cost is €19 (price may vary based on the weight of the package).

Reminder:

If you are away when your shipment is being delivered, the courier can leave it with any family member or person present at the address you provided. Please report visible transport damage promptly to service@bvshop.com and include photographs of the parcel and product. Prompt reporting helps us make a carrier claim; it does not limit the customer’s statutory rights.
